本宮五府千歲自開基以來，慈悲濟世、靈赫昭彰，護佑境內善信，救拔疾苦無數。多年來，承蒙各地信眾的敬仰與信心，屢有大德表達希望恭迎五府千歲分靈回家奉祀，以求家宅安康、事業順遂、闔家平安。為使善信得以以最恭敬、最正統之儀軌迎請王爺分靈，本宮特此公告相關資訊。
凡有意恭請本宮五府千歲分靈者，本宮秉持慎重、恭敬之態度，皆將依循古禮與正統科儀逐項處理，包括擇日請示、科儀安排、分靈安座、香火連結等事宜，務求使善信得以在最圓滿、最清淨的狀態下迎請神尊回府鎮宅護祐。為確保儀式完整無虞，誠請有意者親臨本宮(或電洽)，由服務人員協助登記與協助，以便本宮能依照王爺聖意與科儀規範妥善安排。
五府千歲慈心無量，願與眾生結善緣、施恩德；本宮亦深盼透過分靈奉祀，使更多善信得蒙王爺庇祐，家宅平順，福澤綿延。若您心中已有此意，敬請不吝告知本宮服務人員，我們必將以最誠摯與最尊敬的態度，協助您完成迎請神尊的全程事務。

Since its founding, the Five Lords (Wu Fu Qiansui) of our temple have been compassionate and merciful, protecting and guiding devotees while relieving suffering. Over the years, many faithful have expressed their desire to invite a branch of the Five Lords’ spirit to enshrine at their homes, seeking blessings for family harmony, health, and prosperity. To ensure that such invitations are conducted with the utmost respect and according to proper ritual, the temple hereby provides the following guidance.
Those who wish to invite a branch of the Five Lords’ spirit are requested to consult our temple staff. The temple will handle all matters with solemnity and devotion, following traditional rites and procedures, including selecting auspicious dates, conducting ceremonial rituals, arranging for the spirit’s enshrinement, and linking the household to the temple’s incense offerings. This ensures that devotees may welcome the deity in a respectful and complete manner.
The Five Lords are infinitely benevolent, extending their protection and grace to all. Through the proper enshrinement of their spirit, devotees may receive divine blessings for household peace, health, and success in their endeavors. We sincerely invite those with this intention to contact our temple staff, who will provide full guidance and assistance throughout the entire process.

本宮の五府千歳は、開基以来、慈悲深く、信徒を護り、苦難を救済してこられました。長年にわたり、多くの信徒がご家庭に分霊を奉迎し、家内安全、健康、事業繁栄を願いたいと希望されています。本宮では、分霊奉祀が最も尊敬と礼節をもって行われるよう、以下の通りご案内申し上げます。
五府千歳の分霊を奉請されたい方は、本宮の係員までご相談ください。本宮では、吉日選定、儀式の執行、分霊安座、香火の連結など、すべての手続きを古礼に則り厳粛に行い、信徒の皆様が尊敬と清浄な心で神尊を迎えられるようお手伝いいたします。
